| Non-sinusoidal oscillation wave of hybrid drive system of continuous casting mold |

Abstract A non-sinusoidal oscillation wave of continuous casting mold is developed for a electrical type hybrid drive system whose parameters can be adjusted online， such as frequency， amplitude and oscillation wave. Firstly， the generation of non-sinusoidal wave of the new drive system is demonstrated. According to its operation characteristics， the angular velocity of the wave generator is constructed with consideration of the stability and constraint of motion. Then the non-sinusoidal oscillation wave of the mold containing frequency， amplitude and deviation factor is deduced by the kinematic rule of the drive system. Finally， the calculation method of the key technological parameters of the wave is given， with the relating regularity between the control parameters of[vc-f、h]model and the technological parameters discussed. Furthermore， an example that a non-sinusoidal control model in accordance with oscillation technology principle is calculated by control parameter adjustment rule for a medium carbon steel slab， which could identify the validity and practicality of the non-sinusoidal wave.
