Effect of hot-rolled coiling temperature on microstructure,properties and textures of micro-carbon deep-drawing DP steel |

Abstract In order to study the charge rule of texture on deep-drawing DP steel, effect of hot-rolled coiling temperature on microstructure, properties and textures of micro-carbon deep drawing DP steel were studied by OM,TEM and XRD technical. The research shows that: microstructure of hot-rolled plates is mainly composed of ferrite and pearlite. With the increasing of coiling temperature, the grain size of ferrite increased slightly, and elongation of hot-rolled plate enhanced gradually. The optimum precipitation temperature of Mo-based carbide in hot-rolled plate is 700 ℃. A higher volume fraction (4%) of martensite and finer (11.7 μm) ferrite observed in annealed sheet on 700 ℃ coiling compared with 650 and 750 ℃. Meanwhile, the strongest 〈111〉//ND fiber texture and weakest {001}〈110〉 texture achieved in annealed sheet. The tensile strength and r value of annealed sheet on 700 ℃ coiling reach to 455 MPa and1.5, respectively.
