Abstract In order to satisfy the automobile industry requirement of vehicle security， lightweight， energy conservation and environmental protection， Hesteel group has formed a complete automobile production， R&D and EVI innovation system， on the base of this has achieved the full cover of super deep steel and HSS steel series， has developed lightweight material technology that realized bulk supply of DP steel with tension strength below 980 MPa， TRIP steel below 780 MPa， martensite steel below 1 500 MPa and HF steel， and has innovated and applied production and process technology of 1 180 MPa DP steel， coated HF steel and Q&P steel. In addition， this paper introduces selective analysis characteristic?of?product of DP steel， Coated HF steel and Q&P steel， and points that automobile material lightweight and increasing application technology services are the development direction of automobile product structure adjustment and technology innovation development.
