烧结矿中复合铁酸钙形成影响因素

Abstract Based on in-situ sinter composition， the effects of sintering temperature， binary basicity and[w(Al2O3)]on the structure and formation of silico-ferrite of calcium and aluminum were investigated using X-ray diffraction（XRD）， optical microscope and scanning electron microscope， and the samples were prepared under laboratory conditions by adopting the method of dry powder briquetting and roasting. The results show that multi component system is the main existence of calcium ferrite in sinter. The structure of silico-ferrite of calcium and aluminum transforms from plate-like state to acicular state gradually with the increase of temperature. At 1 260 ℃， the content of SFCA-I and total SFCA reach the maximum value， reaching the amount of 24.15% and 44.21% respectively， and the mineral phase structure is obviously corroded. Binary basicity mainly determines the forming amount of SFCA-I， and its content increases with the increase of basicity. The silicate phase increases under the condition of high basicity. The[w(Al2O3)]in the sample mainly affects the accumulation of SFCA. The proper increase of the ratio of[w(Al2O3)]is beneficial to the formation of SFCA-I. With 3% and 4% of[w(Al2O3)，]the silico-ferrite of calcium and aluminum is plate-like state and has low strength under high Al conditions . The optimum sintering temperature， binary basicity and[w(Al2O3)]are 1 260 ℃， 2.0 and 2% respectively.
