铈对低合金超高强钢马氏体相变行为的影响

Abstract In order to study the effect of rare earth element Ce on the martensite transformation structure and dynamics process of ultra-high strength low alloy steel,two test steels containing 0 and 0.079 2% Ce were prepared. The microstructure of the experimental steels were analyzed by OM,SEM and TEM,and the phase transformation kinetics curve of martensite was drawn by DIL805A quenching dilatometer. The results showed that the addition of Ce refined the prior austenite grains,and the average grain size decreased from 7.63 to 6.42 μm. Moreover,the addition of Ce diminished the average width of martensite laths from 250 to 211 nm;The addition of Ce lowered the martensite transformation start temperature (M_s) from 391 to 380 ℃;Martensitic transformation was hindered in the early stage and promoted in the later stage.
