冲击微动磨损条件下304不锈钢管道的变薄现象

Abstract In order to study the causes of the thinning of stainless steel pipes under high temperature and high pressure,the impact fretting wear test of 304 stainless steel pipes used in PWR of nuclear power plant was carried out by using high temperature impact fretting test machine. The results show that the impact fretting wear is affected by mechanical and chemical interactions and interactions. The wear amount is greater than the sum of simple fretting and impact,and the wear is more affected by chemical action. As the water temperature increases,the wear amount and the wear depth increase. When the temperature exceeds 90 ℃,the wear amount tends to be stable. As the vibration frequency increases,the wear amount and the wear depth decrease.
