Fe-Mn-Al-C系奥氏体基低密度钢的研究进展

Abstract Lightweight and high strength and toughness have become the main development direction of automotive steels. Among different types of lightweight steels,Fe-Mn-Al-C austenitic-based low-density steels are favored by researchers because of their higher specific strength and good ductility. The research progress of Fe-Mn-Al-C austenitic-based low-density steel is summarized from the aspects of composition system and mechanical properties,various strengthening and toughening mechanisms,different deformation mechanisms and process control. The effect of precipitation behavior of specific B2 phase,κ-carbide and MC carbides in austenitic low density steel on the mechanism of strength and toughness was emphasized. Finally,in combination with austenitic base at home and abroad to the latest research results of low density steel,austenitic base on low density automotive steel is discussed.
