钢铁制造流程物质流与能量流协同优化研究进展

Abstract Iron and steel enterprises have the characteristics of long process,high energy consumption and large emission. The key to realize high-level system energy saving lies in the collaborative optimization of material flow and energy flow in the steel manufacturing process. Therefore,the research progress and application for optimization of material flow and energy flow in steel manufacturing process are reviewed. On this basis,the main research directions for collaborative optimization of material flow and energy flow in iron and steel manufacturing process are described,namely,the interaction and collaborative rules of material flow and energy flow,the production planning of considering energy constraints and the coupling scheduling of logistics and energy flow. In order to construct and solve the collaborative optimization model,it is necessary to define the scientific collaborative representation method of material flow and energy flow,to unify the time granularity of production planning and energy planning,and to optimize the intelligent algorithm.
