Abstract:Jiangsu Shagang Group Huaigang Special Steel Co.,Ltd.,by adjusting casting secondary cooling intensity of the 200 mm×200 mm section,produce 40Cr steel in different secondary cooling conditions,and the production are rolled within the same technology,analysing the grade of rolled steel band microstructure and studying the effect of casting secondary cooling intensity on band microstructure. The results show that,increasing the strength of casting secondary cooling intensity can effectively improve the composition segregation,and control the grade of rolled steel band microstructure,that the band microstructure grade can be controlled within grade 1.5.
