Abstract:For the bloom continuous casting machine one, two-dimensional thermo-mechanical model was established based on, and the temperature field and thermal-shrinkage of bloom on different speed and temperature. The results show that: the effect of casting speed on the thermal-shrinkage of strand was significant, and the superheat temperature has little effect. The more intense the surface temperature changes, the greater the trend of thermal-shrinkable, the greater the volume of thermal-shrinkable. The gap practice for rollers can be withdrawal straightening zone individually, and the speed of reduction will reduce smaller in the back zone along the casting direction.
