Abstract：Abstract：After investigating the causes for the slab triangle area cracks, it is considered that under the conditions of Pangang’s continuous casting, high sulfur in steel, casting speed fluctuation of caster, poor equipment condition and bad effect of secondary cooling are the main causes. And the triangle area cracks were controlled effectively after taking corresponding measures.
