Abstract:Abstract:The influence of electric current parameters of mould EMS and process parameters of CCM on center carbon segregation and macro-structure of billet is analyzed based on the test data of 150mm×150mm GCr15 billet, and it is concluded that proper electric current of mould EMS can improve the center carbon segregation.
