Abstract:In the Converter Steel-making Plant of Hanggang Iron, high temperature causes rhombic deformation of casting billet. It is mainly due to deposition of brass cannulation, powerful flux from brass cannulation and exorbitant temperature of molten steel. During the actual process, on the premise of steady essential technologies, we take a series of corresponding measures. Finally, the rhombic deformation of casting billet is effectively controlled in the season of high temperature.
