Abstract:Exploratory development on 700 mm×1 500 mm thick rectangular billet, the only standard about evaluating the feasibility of the study is to obtain the high-quality casting billet which can meet the conditions. Have analyzed the scheme by means of the empirical calculation and the finite element simulation from the aspects of model choice, casting speed, secondary cooling system, etc., and then contrasted the cloud picture and curve to verify the feasibility of it.
