Abstract：Mainly discussed the problems of "inclusion" about low carbon steel surface and subcutaneous.Through the "inclusion" sampling and SEM analysis，found that "inclusion" main ingredients for slag. in order to reduce these defects， took these measures such as stable the mold level， transverse speed， optimization of protection operation performance and so on.Application results show that low carbon steel as a result of the "inclusion" unscheduled rate reduced from 0.84% to 0.20%， casting quality is obviously improved.
