Abstract:The continuous casting technology which included vibration mode of higher vibratory frequency?and lower amplitude, continuous automatic temperature measuring in tundish, automatic control of mould liquid level, optimizing water gap form and insertion depth, adjustment casting powder and constant casting spee were adopted in Nickel Industry Co.,Ltd. Chengde North Sea. The surface quality of 304 stainless steel slab was improved greatly. The ratio of repair grinding free was more than 90% in higher casting speed, and the ratio of cold rolling delamination was lower than 1%.
