Abstract:For the characteristics of steel grades of sulfur-containing aluminum-containing steels, the principle of flotation risk during continuous casting is introduced. The model control of refining raw and auxiliary slag was established by studying the suitable slag system with sulfur and aluminum, and the slag system was stabilized. By researching suitable sulfur-containing aluminum-containing refining slag system, establishing refining raw and auxiliary slag material model control, stabilizing the production process slag system. The key points of process control are modified by optimizing the process of adding aluminum which is easy to oxidize. The superheat control system of the process obtains the good pourability of molten steel in the continuous casting process, realizes the long-casting stable production of sulfur-containing aluminum-containing steel, and the product quality is stable, meeting the needs of high-end users.
