Abstract A non-symmetrical vibration of continuous casting machine control system in the computer implementation。Double sine curve to fully meet the requirements of non-symmetric vibration；Real-time algorithm to take control of computers to work correctly, can save a lot of computer resources to meet the requirements of real-time control. And JISCO slab caster has been applied，Achieved good results。
