Abstract Analyzed the hangang han bao steel continuous casting workshop production of SS400 steel sticking breakout reasons， by optimizing the mold flow， using modified XiXia XX-3 D casting powder， the shell of heat transfer in the crystallizer and lubrication has been effectively improved， significantly reduce the probability of bond. By improving the mould breakout prediction thermocouple， can accurate and timely forecast MBPS automation control system of binding to the continuous casting machine， bonding steel leakage prediction accuracy is above 90%. The SS400 steel b sticking breakout rate is greatly reduced， and basically eliminated.
