Abstract Using the high quality refractory materials and scientific configuration， and adopting reasonable gas-burning process and optimizing the production process， thermal shock resistance and compressive strength of finished product was ensured. Meanwhile， the contradiction between the erosion resistance and service life was solved， and the service life was extended.
