Abstract Based on the existing equipment conditions, the guide roller structure, lubrication form and frame structure are compared and summarized. Through the follow-up analysis of the actual effect after the modification, the validity of the movable segment modification scheme is verified, which provide the basis for the related equipment modification in steelmaking and continuous casting areas.
