Study on air excess coefficient setting and precision control of CSP heating furnace |
|
|
Abstract The Maanshan CSP heating furnace has been built for many years, and the condition of the equipment has undergone a major change. The original ratio of excess air ratio can no longer guarantee sufficient combustion in the furnace. In this study, the air excess coefficient of the CSP heating furnace was recalibrated and the corresponding optimization and improvement were provided to provide theoretical and practical support for the reduction of energy consumption and oxidation loss of the CSP line heating furnace of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., so as to achieve optimized air-fuel ratio setting and energy saving. And reduce the purpose of oxidative burning.
