连铸结晶器喂钢带工艺技术研究进展

Abstract The inner defects such as centerline segregation and center looseness of continuous casting billet seriously affect the mechanical properties of the products. Feeding steel strip into the mold is an effective method to improve the inner quality of casting billet. The strip feeding has many effects on the complex multi-physical fields in the mold, which involve basic scientific problems such as flow, melting, solidification, heat transfer and solute transport. The melting law of cold steel strip in hot molten steel, the influence of steel strip feeding on multi-physical fields in mold, the influence of steel strip feeding on solidification structure of continuous casting billet and steel strip feeding process system and process parameters are reviewed. The possible research directions in the future are also proposed.
