Abstract��The solidified structure of continuous casting with different silicon contents and the method to evaluate the parameters of macroscopical structure are described in this paper; By means of the measurement of solidified structure proportion, dendrite spacing and the statistic analysis of defect in macrostructure, the dependence of solidified structure morphologies on silicon content in casting blank is found; Within specified limits, the primary dendrite spacing will be extended and the macrostructure defect will be obviously decreased in continuous cast billet with the increase of silicon content.
