Abstract��The Ni/Al2O3 composite coating was prepared by using a double pulse electrodeposite technique. The microstructure and hardness of Ni /Al2O3 composite coating was studied by XRD��SEM/EDS and property test. The results show that the Ni/Al2O3 composite coatings of crystal of matrix Nickel are fine and close. The surface of coating is smooth. The hardness of the composite coating increase with the increase of the Al2O3 particle content in the range of the experiment.
