Abstract��The tensile fracture morphology ,inclusions and microstructure were studied by means of SEM,EDS and microscopes to find the reasons for defects in flow detection of Q345qE.The results showed that there are MnS, aggregation of trace elements and banded bainite in the center of the plate.The inner cracks are caused by heat stress,structrural stress and aggregationo of harmful elements,which cause the defects in flow detection.��
