Abstract��Based on physical simulation of welding, the simulation of coarse��grain heat affected zone(CGHAZ) of 3Cr��1Mo��0.25V under the different t8/5s are carried out by means of thermal simulative tester. The continuous cooling transformation of austenite in simulated HAZ was measured through thermal expansion curve. The microstructures of CGHAZ were observed, and the Vickers hardness were measured. In addition, the influence of alloy elements contained in 3Cr��1Mo��0.25V on the phase transformation and the mechanical properties was discussed. The mentioned above results have laid a foundation for optimizing the welding process.
