Abstract��The non-crystalline solids in multi-crystal constructure (the blast furnace slag of a steel plant) were quantificationally analyzed by observation method, lithofacies method and X-ray diffraction method. The results shows that the observation method is the most simple method of the three. But it is influenced by subjective factor in person easily. The lithofacies method needs certain experience to judge the non-crystalline solids contents. The X-ray diffraction method could be used to quantificationally analyze the non-crystalline solids in multi-crystal constructure with impersonality.
