Effect of Cold��rolled Microstructure for Crack Behavior of 15CrMnMoV Steel

Abstract��Planar stress tensile equipment made by myself is applied. The crack propagation of tempered and cold��rolled microstructure of 15CrMnMoV steel is studied by SEM and TEM etc. The results show: the crack resistance of the cold��rolled specimens is higher than that of the original specimens. The crack lengths are measured accurately by complex method, and the relationships of D����a are plotted. The peak appear at the curve of the cold��rolled (��a=40 ��m) due to fracture of weak interface.
