Abstract��Compared to other temperature measurements, the optical temperature measurement has many advantages such as non��contact, real time and so on. It plays a vital role in the national defense, military affairs and industrial producing. Four technologies were introduced. They are laser spectral temperature measurement, holographic interferential temperature measurement, tricolor temperature measurement base on CCD and infrared radiant temperature measurement, the last one is applied most widely. The anterior three kinds of these measurements are introduced simply, while the last one��s principles, methods and main applications are discussed in detail.
