Abstract��YBCO superconductor has the most promising foreground in the worldwide. To decrease its weak link and improve critical current density, high quality c��axis texture is needed. The YBCO high temperature superconducting thin film can be grown by RABiTS technique. Intermediate buffer layer or multiplayer buffer structure is needed for decrease mismatched lattice. In this paper, X��ray diffraction��2�Ȫ�scan, ���]�� scan, ���ت� scan and polarogram are employed to characterize the texture of Ni/Y2O3/YSZ/CeO2/YBCO superconducting thin film. The pass process from cube texture on Ni substrate to c��axis texture on superconducting layer is expatiated.
