Abstract��SEM and metallographic microscope have been used to analyse the three kinds of cut surface of Q345 steel plate, which are cutting separately by flame cutting, mechanical cutting and air plasma cutting. The result show that, the crack on the cutting hyperplane has no directed connection with the central segregation on the Q345 steel plate��but the central segregation can extended the crack.
