Abstract��Oxide reagents were mixed in stainless steel slag. The mixture used for ceramic raw material was grinded into powder. Through analyzing the distributing of granularity and specific surface area,fixing the DTA curve, ceramic matrix samples were sintered. It is concluded that the basic properties of water absorption rate and apparent porosity could meet the need of ceramic matrix only under the condition that the content of impurity is less than 1%, and Cr2O3 in sample is range from 2% to 3%, and the amount of slag is not more than 30%.
