Abstract ��The microstructure of interface phase in titanium alloy was investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results of select area electron diffraction patterns(SADPS)show that ,the interface phase beside the �� phase is FCC structure,and the interface phase beside the �� phase is hexagonal structure.A lot of high density dislocations are observed between the interface phase and �� phase. (101) twin exist between the subgrain formed by dislacations and �� phase.��001���� approximately parrlell to��110����,their separation angle is 1.5º.when the sample is more thicker,second diffraction appear near the diffraction spots,and Moire fringe are appear in the sample.
