Abstract��The sample of copper of Erosion��Corrosion was thinned by argon ions.Its microstructures were observed by Transmission Electron microscopic.The results show that there are a lot of disloctions and vacanc trays. Cu2O is coherent with matrix��In high magnefication, a lot of moire patterns are exist in the sample. The aberration lattice constant was calculated by select area electron diffraction spots.
