Abstract��Abstract: To solving the problem of central dendrite segregation in carbon structure steel with manganese continuous cast bank causing cold-rolling plate and strip to serious band structure defect��this paper takes measures such as control ling casting temperature and increasing electric magnetic agitation to improve. The results show that taking steps such as at 1510��-1520�� range of low superheat casting and increasing electric magnetic agitation at the end of solidification can effectively increase molten steel liquidity, nucleation effect, and breaking elements such as Mn between the dendrite directional segregation, so it can have good effect to relieve central dendrite segregation in continuous cast bank and remove cold-rolling plate and strip.
