Study on Properties and Precipitation of Ultra��low Carbon Ti��IF Steel

Abstract��A research on proper ties and precipitate of the Ti��IF steel are made in this article.The tested result showed that the Ti��IF steel behaves high r��value,n��value and ductility,while its ratio of yield strength to tensile strength is low.The annealed texture is consist of strong�� fiber and weak �� fiber texture,the former nostly composed of {111}<110> texture and {111}<112> texture,the {111}<110> texture becomes dominant after annealing,which is beneficial to formability.The Ti is used to stabilize the interstitial atoms,which is beneficial to deep��drawing.The main precipitates are consist of Tic,Ti2CS,Ti3S4,which has litter restraint at the grain boundary.The coarse and sparse precipitate such as Ti3CS is the origin of excellent draw��ability.
