Abstract��Through the experiment of welding process, the factors that affect the low temperature toughness of the welded joint of LPG storage tank steel 09MnNiDR were researched. First, take low temperature impact tests on the welded joints of different processes, and then study the impact of different process numbers fracture specimens using scanning electron microscopy. Characteristics of fracture morphology under different welding processes were analyzed. The results show that it can improve low temperature toughness of weld metal by multi-layer multi-pass welding with a smaller energy of the welding line.
