Abstract��For the problems of vibration of installation environment of electron microscope(EM) and the magnetic field testing is over standard, the causes for the vibration and magnetic interference were analyzed. Therefore, in order to isolate vibration and prevent magnetic, the bottom cushions layer of the EM was increased and magnetic was shielded using low carbon steel plate and the pure iron plate magnetic shielding technology. The practice satisfied the install requirement of EM.
