Abstract��Using the finite element software, ANSYS, the carriage stress bearing steady and dynamic loading was analyzed. According to the result, a scheme to make the carriage��s strength higher and lighter has been put forward. The stress�� intensity and distribution of the new scheme were analyzed. The result shows that the new carriage has safer and higher intensity than the original one; the new carriage is greater in strength and lower in material cost, and prospects for social benefits are good.
