AbstractAn AG-IS 100kN electrical tensile machine was used to measure tensile properties of ultra low carbon steel cold rolled sheet. The effects of test temperature (40-200), rolling direction and specimen thickness (0.27-0.35mm) on tensile properties were analyzed. Research result shows that an increase of temperature leads to the first decrease, then slightly increase in tensile strength, and the yield strength is 135MPa at 200. Elongation after fracture A first increases, then decreases and increases with the increasing of temperature. The strength and elongation of longitudinal specimen was higher than that of transversal specimen 5%-15%. The strength of 0.27mm thick specimen was the highest and its elongation was the lowest, then the strength of 0.30 mm thick specimen was the lowest and its elongation was the highest.
