Abstract��The problems of nonrecrystalized grain existing at the edge of GH4169 small round bars, as well as the unusual shape and distribution of �� phase which caused the sensitivity of notched stress rupture property were investigated in this study. Test results show that the qualified GH4169 whose grain size is better than grade 7 and free from notch sensitivity was rolled successfully by adopting reasonable rolling process and by one heat rolling with double-row open-train mill.
