Abstract��Cracking of auto wheel hub made of RCL590F dual phase steel during stamping was analyzed by chemical analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), metallographic examination and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA). The results show that obvious segregation of P, Cr and Mn exists in the thickness center of the RCL590F steel plate. During stamping,the center hole crack of end face appears and propagates along the segregation. These lead to the cracking of automobile wheel hub.
