Abstract��Combined with the corrosion mechanism of nitrogen-controlled austenitic stainless steel, some influences in the production and inspection process on the intergranular corrosion are found. Through the rational control of carbon content, the development of scientific heat treatment system and strict control of the sample quality and preparation process, the mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion property of nitrogen-controlled austenitic stainless steel could match in a better way.
