Abstract��The effect of solution process on intergranular corrosion of 0Cr18Ni10Ti austenite stainless steel was studied based on GB 4334��2008, 10% oxalic acid etching testing method for stainless steel. The results show that the anti-corrossion property of 0Cr18Ni10Ti becomes worse with increasing solution temperature, and intergranular corrosion is inclined to be worse with longer holding time. When solution temperature between 1010��1050��, the grains are tiny without obvious carbide precipitation and corrosion line at grain boundary, as well as better intergranular property and mechemical property.
