Abstract��With the method of standard non-continuous weighing, the effect of a little variation of Cr content on the performance of high temperature oxidation of nickel-based superalloy GH648 was discussed, increment of oxidation weight at 700-1 200 �� was determined, and the law of corrosion dynamics and energy of reaction activation were confirmed, the influence of temperature changing on morphology of oxidation film was observed. The results shows that GH648 alloy in oxidation temperature under 900 ��, belongs to antioxidant level complete. When the Cr mass fraction in the alloy is more than 32%, Cr content slight increasing does not much affect oxidation resistance of GH648 alloy.
