Abstract��The hot rolled medium steel plate of unqualified elongation properties was systemically?analysis. The microstructure?of Q345D?steel?were ferrite and pearlite.The class A of sulfide specifications was 15-25 ��m, the class C of silicate inclusions specifications was 50-2 000 ��m in the test steel. The results show that there was usually exceeded inclusions or banded structure in the test steel of unqualified elongation?properties, there was widespread delamination in cold bending fracture specimen. Inclusions category mainly was class A of sulfide and class C of silicate inclusions.
