Abstract��107 cycle fatigue property and the 108 cycle fatigue property of module steel was obtained via the conventional fatigue testing and ultrasonic fatigue testing. The fracture surfaces was analyzed by SEM. The test results at 20 kHz and 130 Hz were compared to investigate the frequency effect of module steel. The test results of two specimen groups with different sizes at 20 kHz were compared to investigate the size effect of module steel. The results show that there is 9% difference of the fatigue limit strength at 20 kHz and 130 Hz within 107 cycles ,and there is 16% difference of the fatigue limit strength of the two specimen groups with different sizes within 108 cycles.
