Abstract��Abstract��The axial, circumferential and radial residual stress distribution at different manufacturing stages of bimetal clad pipe including 316L stainless steel plate, stainless steel liner, the liner of bimetal pipes after explosion clad or 3LPP was tested and analyzed by means of X-ray stress analyzer. Through analysis, the residual stress distribution and variation in different directions during the manufacturing process of the liner pipe was obtained, and the impact on its resistance performance to stress corrosion was analyzed with the variation of residual stress.
