Abstract��The long-term stability monitoring of mechanical test equipment in full life circle is crucial to guarantee the reliability of measurement results. A large number of series reference materials without aging effect are effective tools to monitor the long-term stability of mechanical test equipment and evaluate the bias of test system. In order to effectively monitor the long-term stability of mechanical test equipment�� the series reference materials without aging effect (including series reference materials for tensile test�� hardness test and V-notched Charpy impact test) were developed by Baosteel Test and Analysis Center. These reference materials were used to monitor the long-term stability of mechanical test equipment and measurement system. The traceability was guaranteed via the regular verification by professional metrological agency. The long-term stability of mechanical test equipment and measurement system was monitored in laboratory using the prepared series reference materials without aging effect. The long-term stability�� traceability and reliability of measurement system could be effectively guaranteed. A large number of series reference materials without aging effect and with same nominal value could be also used to measure the systematic deviation of a lot of mechanical test equipment.
